vote4waifu systematically groomed a minor. There is abundant evidence to support this, and they have previously admitted to it themselves. This behavior, along with a series of events we wrote about in 2019, justifies their permanent ban from the SRB2 and SRB2Kart communities, and intense scrutiny of anyone who places them in a position of influence or authority.

At KartKrew, we develop a game based on an IP marketed at children, and in running a Sonic community comprised of many young people, we take threats to the safety of those users extremely seriously. While few bans in our community are permanent, the following offenses bundled together most certainly are:
These things, to the best of our ability to enforce them, do constitute a permanent ban from our Discord server, forum, and our Master Server, and that is why we did and will continue to maintain that ban. This includes delisting any servers advertised via our site whose administrators refuse to take this matter seriously.
A Master Server ban is not a ban from online play, nor should it be; it is a removal from the public server listing, no more and no less. Any user can always connect to any server with its IP address. We are not trying to deny anyone their hobbies or a fun night with friends; those who trust Vote after learning everything can do as they like. They just can't do it here.

TAG, short for ThatAwesomeGuy173, at the time of the incident, was a kid from the SRB2Kart community. He was 17 years old, and he turned 18 in late May of 2019. Vote, being ~8 years older than TAG, struck up and maintained a very intimate friendship with TAG. Here is a sample of their intimacy.
At the time of writing this page, vote4waifu has deleted their entire dm logs with numerous people related to the conversation, including TAG and several others. The blatant attempts to obscure any and all evidence is something that does not reflect well on them.

Coincedentally, the method vote4waifu used to delete dms left reactions intact, as you can see in this log demonstrating the manner in which vote4waifu referred to a 17 year old boy 8 years their junior as “kitten.”

Their relationship continued into the autumn and became sexual after TAG's 18th birthday, approaching the time in which vote4waifu was banned from the SRB2Kart community for a plethora of bad natured troublemaking. (If you care to read more about this in depth, you can do so here.)
While the incidents leading up to the call for vote4waifu’s accountability and the ban were going on, vote4waifu buttered up TAG with financial gifts and affection, as shown below.
Soon after, vote4waifu proceeded to in no uncertain terms, pressure TAG out of reading about or looking into the circumstances of the ban and reason for the ban, including “I don’t want you reading it ... at least not without me seeing it first.”
Fortunately, TAG made the safe choice to think for himself, and upon learning the full extent of what had gone down, broke things off with vote4waifu, and blocked them.
Unfortunately, after the block, vote4waifu did anything but leave TAG alone or forget about him. Some of the lesser concerns included repeated conversation about him and how much they miss him in their Twitch streams, and sad venting about missing the victim on a public Twitter.
The major offense and the biggest boundary cross out of them all was an incident wherein vote4waifu ban evaded on the KartKrew Discord server via an alt in order to send TAG a private message. TAG never reached out, and in no way solicited this communication.
The video linked was a 20-minute audio log wherein vote4waifu and several friends -- with a lot of silence and intermittent crying -- spilled out an apology to the victim, despite being blocked. The description of the video lie below, and the audio and the transcript a bit further.

Once again, vote4waifu's side of the logs have been deleted at present, but they were capped around the time reflected at the beginning of the page here, January 17th, 2020.
In summary, considering the apologies vote4waifu made, they have admitted guilt on every account and absolved all others of any fault they tried to attribute to them. The receipts support this conclusion. Despite this, they have ridiculed and downplayed both the ban and ban reasoning on countless occasions and expressed clear intent to ban evade using IP switching.
